Terms and Conditions for Booking Holiday Packages

Welcome to NAC Travel International's Holiday Package Booking Service. By booking a holiday package with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from booking any packages.

1. Introduction

NAC Travel International ("we", "our", "us") provides holiday packages, including flights, accommodation, tours, and other travel-related services. These terms govern your booking of holiday packages ("Services") through our platform holiday.nac-travel.org.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

When booking a holiday package, the following payment terms apply:

All deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the deadlines provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

Refunds for services provided by third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. NAC Travel International is not responsible for any third-party cancellation fees or refund policies.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as modifying the dates, accommodation, or itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. NAC Travel International is not responsible for any issues that arise from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

6. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. NAC Travel International is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to insufficient insurance coverage.

7. Liability

NAC Travel International acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We do not own or control these suppliers and, therefore, cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by their services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the holiday package.

8. Force Majeure

NAC Travel International is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to your booking due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, and government restrictions. In such cases, refunds and rescheduling will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party suppliers involved.

9. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints during your holiday, please inform the relevant service provider immediately so that they can attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us in writing within 30 days of your return. We will do our best to address your concerns, but please note that any disputes will be governed by South African law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a holiday package with NAC Travel International, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from booking any packages.
