Booking Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Booking Conditions, together with our privacy policy and any other written information we brought to your attention before confirming your booking, govern your relationship with NAC Travel International Pty Ltd. By booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
SECTION A: General Terms Applicable to All Bookings
1. Booking and Payment
A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days before the travel date. Failure to pay on time may result in booking cancellation and loss of deposit. Visa processing fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and may incur charges. Refunds, excluding visa processing fees and deposit, will be processed according to the timing of the cancellation notice.
3. Liability and Insurance
NAC Travel International Pty Ltd is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay to passengers or their belongings. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
4. Travel Documentation
Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, including passports and visas. NAC Travel is not responsible for any consequences resulting from missing or defective documentation.
SECTION B: Specific Terms for Normal and Premium Travel Packages
5. Normal Travel Packages
Our normal packages include standard services outlined at the time of booking. Customizations may be limited.
6. Premium Travel Packages
Premium packages offer enhanced services like upgraded accommodations and personalized itineraries. Additional costs apply for these exclusive services.
SECTION C: Additional Provisions
7. Changes by NAC Travel
We reserve the right to make changes to travel arrangements. Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible, with options for accepting changes, switching to an alternative package, or receiving a refund.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by unforeseeable events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, or political unrest.
9. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints should be addressed to our customer service team promptly. In case of disputes, these terms are governed by South African law, and parties submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
10. Data Protection
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
