Welcome to NAC Travel International's Study Abroad Program. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
NAC Travel International ("we", "our", "us") provides study abroad services, including but not limited to application assistance, visa support, and other related services, through our platform study.nac-travel.org. These terms govern your use of our study abroad services ("Services").
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
NAC Travel International provides various services to assist students in studying abroad. These services include:
We do not control the timing or outcome of the application or visa processes, which are subject to the policies and procedures of third-party institutions and governments.
We offer three membership levels for our study abroad services:
Free Membership provides access to basic information about study abroad options and general guidance. This membership does not include personalized assistance or application submission services.
Basic Membership includes personalized guidance and assistance with up to three university applications. The fee for Standard Membership is R6000. This fee is non-refundable once the application process has begun.
Premium Membership includes all the services offered in Basic Membership, plus:
The fee for Premium Membership is R60000. This fee is non-refundable once the application process has begun.
Please note that additional fees may be charged by universities, colleges, or other institutions depending on their specific policies. These may include application fees, processing fees, or other administrative charges. NAC Travel International is not responsible for these fees, and they are separate from any fees charged by us.
All application fees paid to NAC Travel International are non-refundable once the application process has begun. This applies to both Basic and Premium Memberships.
Refunds on service fees will not be provided once the application process has commenced. Refunds on fees paid directly to third-party institutions, such as universities or visa processing centers, are subject to the terms and conditions of those entities.
NAC Travel International does not guarantee that your application to any educational institution will be accepted, nor do we guarantee the issuance of a visa. These decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective institutions and governmental authorities.
As a user of our Services, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the application process. Failure to do so may result in delays, rejections, or additional fees, for which NAC Travel International will not be liable.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAC Travel International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By using our Study Abroad Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
