NAC Travel International Visa Processing Standard Terms and Conditions
These Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between NAC Travel International (“NAC Travel”) and the client seeking to utilize NAC Travel’s visa application services (the “Client”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which NAC Travel will provide visa application services to the Client.
Scope of Services: NAC Travel agrees to provide comprehensive visa application services. These services include, but are not limited to, document preparation and submission, appointment scheduling, and embassy/consulate liaison.
Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for visa applications. The Client must also adhere to the schedule and deadlines set by NAC Travel to ensure timely processing.
Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the visa application process. Payment is due upon initiation of services. NAC Travel will not commence work on the visa application until payment is received in full.
Changes to Application: Any changes to the application after submission may incur additional fees. NAC Travel is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from these changes.
Disclaimer of Liability for Visa Application Outcomes: NAC Travel does not guarantee the approval of any visa application. The issuance of visas is the sole prerogative of the respective embassies or consulates. NAC Travel shall not be held liable for any visa application denials or delays in processing by the embassy or consulate.
No Refund Policy: Once NAC Travel has initiated the provision of services, including but not limited to itinerary planning, hotel reservations, flight bookings, and insurance arrangements, no refunds shall be provided in the event of visa denial, cancellation by the Client, or any other circumstance where services have been rendered.
Indemnification Clause: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NAC Travel from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the Client’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, or from any false or misleading information provided by the Client in the visa application process.
Amendment for Time-Sensitive Applications: NAC Travel endeavors to process applications in a timely manner but is not responsible for delays outside of its control. NAC Travel shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such delays.
Confidentiality: All personal information provided by the Client will be treated as confidential. NAC Travel will not disclose any information to third parties, except as required for the processing of the visa application or as required by law.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between NAC Travel and the Client, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

By using NAC Travel’s visa application services, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
